By submitting this entry, I understand and agree to the following:

I am responsible for entering my correct first and last name, Bullshooter Player Code, phone number, and email address.

My Bullshooter App hot button/nickname must show my first and last name. No nicknames will be accepted. If my Bullshooter App name does not match my entry, I understand I may not be entered into the tournament.

I understand that entry fees are paid onsite at check-in before play begins.

I understand that sign-up deadlines end 1 hour before the scheduled start time of each event.

I understand that tournament format, brackets, board assignments, and match rules will be posted before the event and/or programmed into the dart boards.

I agree to follow all tournament rules, venue rules, and directions from Sports Indoors tournament staff.

I understand that unsportsmanlike conduct, arguing with staff, cheating, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the tournament without refund.

I understand that all decisions made by the Tournament Director are final.

I understand that if I do not check in on time or I am not present when called to play, I may be forfeited from the event.

I understand that photos or videos may be taken during the event and may be used by Sports Indoors for promotional purposes.

I understand that prize winners may be required to provide tax information before prize money is awarded. The IRS uses Form 1099-MISC for prizes and awards, and the current IRS guidance says reporting applies to payments totaling $2,000 or more after December 31, 2025. You can still require a W-9 before payout as your tournament policy.
